Well, you are not going to get it dropped. In fact, depending on the state you live in, you may very well lose your license until you are 18 for the first offense, and 21 if more than one. If all three items were in the car,why couldn't anyone find them? You can provide the proof when you go to court, but that is gonna be ticket one because, you are required to show proof at the time it is requested. Then you say it's after curfew.....probably will be dropped,on the other hand, they might make an example of you and give you the highest range. Now, you also had passengers in the car, in our state, an underage driver cannot have passengers under 21 without a legal driver 21 or older. So, that's not so good either, let's put all those things together, and well, you know, all those reasons driving is such an important part of a person's life, and not being able to drive forces you to find alternatives to achieve what others can very easily, just by being responsible. Good luck................

It is extremely important to you to hire an attorney or talk with the prosecuter before the court date. Show him your paperwork and then if you cannot work out a non-moving violation deal hire the attorney and let him do it for you. The reason is that the judge will probably go easy on you but the insurance company wont'. The cost of your insurance for the next few years may very well go up unless you can get the charges dropped or reduced.

Take your license, registration and insurance to court with you when you appear. They will then drop those charges. For no lights, after curfew, and passengers you will have a fine, a moving violation, and higher insurance for a while. Learn from the experience and don't do anything else illegal and then draw attention to yourself by driving after dark with your lights off.

Tell them that it is not your fault. That if they had taught you to spell, then this would not have happened.
