Some women are pre-disposed not to have orgasms. For them not to have even one is the norm. While other gals can barely have one. Lots of women don't have them till they get older and can say "What the heck? Why not" The kids are gone now. These women need a lot of help to get going. This takes a ton of patience. You as the man have to take your time and do things right. Some women like their breasts touched while others don't. Most women like lots of attention paid to the clit. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this too. Some women like deep penitration and some don't. Some women have a G-spot and some don't seem to. All these subjects are the subjects for books and articles. You better read up and follow direstions. By all means take your time and find out what she likes.

A) Every woman is different and orgasms from different things and positions.
B) You can't "give" her an orgasm. She has to let herself have an orgasm. All you can do is help facilitate it by doing the right thing at the right time.
C) Ask your girlfriend what she likes. The only way do know A and B is to find out directly from her.

Actually any man can help with this but she has to be willing. One thing you can do is be a MAN. After the first one you can "push" her thru to the next by gently but firmly showing dominance. Put your hand palm down in the middle of her chest. She will attempt to pull away, close her lags, mover her hips. Push her down. Not hard, not with too much force, but just enough to show that you are in control. When she calms a little and relaxes, she is turning control over to you. If you are (satisfiable) pleasing your girl, then it's ON her to produce. She either is able to (totally) relax and enjoy the pleasure(dom) she's receiving and multiple "O" , or she won't . You, stud-of-pleasure-, have done your (awesome) duty. She controls how she "wants" too feel.
