Just "Enclosures" at the bottom of the page?

If you have referred to the documents in the main letter, you can put an asterisk mark (*) when you first refer to the document in the letter. At the bottom of the letter, after the name of the recipient, you can type *ENCL followed by the number of enclosures, such as *ENCL 5.

It probably varies depending on the company/institution. One way is to list the number of attachments, then ID each one of them. That way the recipients at least knows what they were supposed to receive. Example:

Atch 1: Inventory
Atch 2: Pricing
Atch 3: Production Schedule
