Extremely fragile package and very expensive. Could I FED EX it?
Do you know of a better way?

yes you could fed ex it, but make sure it is wrapped very good and no movement is allowed in the box. (even if it is wrapped good, it will break if it's allowed to tumble around in the box). also, check with the post office about what you can mail to Italy. They are a very peculiar country about what you can mail into and out of. My husband is stationed there and I mailed him a box with tobacco in it and they confiscated it. I know wine, tobacco, and jewelry is also on the list, along with many many others. Good luck!!

if you go to a fedex kinkos we also will pack it for you
there is a charge and that way it will be safe and secuire
