OK, for about 3 years, I've been in the stage where you're hit with all these hormone changes, mood swings, etc. Sometimes I wonder if my family even remembers that it's normal for that to happen. I've always been real sensitive, but now more than ever. My family just sees it as "You've got a bad attitude" or "Why do you always have to argue, or have the last word, or disagree..." I don't purposely act this way, and they're being kind of insensitive about it. I'm always getting lectured about it, but when I try to express my feelings, they don't believe me, they think I'm just making excuses. What should I do?

my fam's always saying "you act like we don't love you when we really do," etc. another thing: i'm like to be independent. they (my mom especially) has a hard time catching on to this, and thinks i'm being either dramatic, or rebellious. whatev.
