She's just as likely to leave you for a man as she is to leave you for a woman. It's no different. I'm not sure what the big deal is.

As a bisexual guy....I think your fears are baseless.
She told you she's bisexual because she trusts you and wants to be honest with you, not because she wants to go off and be with other women.
The odds of her going off with another woman is the same her leaving you for another man. If that's the only thing holding you back, you are making a mistake.
Do not assume that just because she's capable of being with another women she would want to be with someone else. She obviously trusts you quite a bit by telling you this.
If it bothers you that much, you should talk to her about how you feel, and say that you're afraid to lose her to another woman....I think her reaction will reaffirm what I'm trying to tell you.
If seriously considering dumping her just because she's bisexual, maybe she deserves better....but from the way your question is worded, you strike me as though you're just insecure. Since she told you she's bisexual, it should be fair game to talk about....tell her how you feel, and things should be ok.

Even if she were completely hetero she might one day desire another man and leave you. It's always a risk.

You should talk to her because marriage is a big step. Don't take it lightly.

stop leading her on. if you dont want to marry her now, your not going to want to marry her later. and it will hurt more if you hold off..
