Jibba, you my hero.

I must point out, however, that all that walking and physical exertion is more likely to cause a heart attack than anything else, so I would simply stay put as much as possible and just walk to the doctor's office counter-clockwise.

I too had a religious epiphany much on the line of yours: If a person walks on the path of God, what happens when they kick up the shrubbery and start spreading graffiti everywhere? Does God tell them to get off even though they still believe? Because I'm tellin' you Jibba, God's path has more twists and turns and obstacles on it than that Yellow Brick one. There are so many vile happenings on that path but once you reach the end, everything is forgiven (murder, molestation, rape - just no non-believers, however great their contributions to humanity). I would advise you to take the path less traveled. It's cleaner and at the end, I promise you a very long rainbow and a picture of me in the nude.

If you spend most of your time everyday walking in the same direction as the earth you better be a great swimmer!! in fact either direction will cause you to live shorter because you will no doubt drown in an ocean long before your time.

actually, you got it backwards. you would technically be moving faster walking in the same direction as the earth's rotation, so according to relativity, time for you would be passing just slightly slower than if you were walking against the rotation of the planet.

Now if you really want to slow down the aging process go and find a spinning black hole and get in orbit around it. The closet orbits around it have the remarkable property of time-dilation. You'd be around for the next 100 billion years and would get to watch the entire life of the universe.

If I'm at school, how am I supposed to get to my classes if I walk in the other direction?

Ah, but what if you spend your day with your head in the clouds, daydreaming?
