no, peroxide doesent have any taste, but when you gargle with it, or rinse, it will cause your whole mouth to foam up. It will also sting any cuts or sores in your mouth, but not to the point of pain.

Why do you want to rinse with hydrogen peroxide? I see no reason for doing so. What you can do, make a paste of hydrogen and baking soda and brush your teeth for a cheap whitening that really works.

Why? Were you prescribed it, or do you have halitosis or something?

It doesn't taste like much. But as far as mouth health, I like Biotene products (mouth rinse, toothpaste, mouth moistener, and gum.) It helps a LOT with dry mouth and odor, as it has beneficial enzymes in it. It's gentle and it really helped my medicine-induced dry mouth and mouth ulcers.

Try Biotene (get the gel toothpaste, instead of the white toothpaste. The gel tastes better.) The mouthwash tastes pretty good. The mouth moistener tastes odd, but it works. The gum's pretty good.

I recommend it because it works for me!

I was told by my dentist when I was a kid to rinse my mouth with half water/half peroxide. it bubbles in your mouth adn there is a slight taste, but once you spit it out, the taste goes away. it's not bad. I still do it.
