I got a cappuccino today and I was drinking it when it was really hot and I burned my tongue and it still hurts from this morning!

Get ice cold milk... you can even put ice in milk!!

All you can do it cool it down with drinks or food, so don't have anything hot or spicy, just cool

Like

cold milk
milkshakes
smoothies
crushed ice w/ soda
and type of ice to suck on, but don't choke on it
ice cream
frozen fruits like blueberries



or, you can get a cup of preferably crushed ice, and stick your toung in that- or just freezing water or something

Ouch! Sorry to hear that. Put Ice on it. I did that when I burnt my tongue and it felt better.

put anything cold on it, as in just keep on drinking cold beverages. That's the easiest thing.

Try putting Jalepeno sauce. It burns for about 2 mins but then you dont have to worry about the burn.

I would keep ice water in my mouth. When it warms, swallow and take another mouthful.
