I feel your pain. You have to be firm and tell them to stay out of your food. Do not, I repeat do not, waste the pudding. Pudding wasters cannot be tolerated. Possibly make a larger portion and charge them for the pudding.

Label all of your food. Put a note on the fridge telling everyone that one item of your food has been spit in and only you know which one it is....eat at your own risk.
The only problem is someone might write back saying that two items have been spit in....eat at your own risk. But if you live with dumb people it should work.

The only just about 100% effective way to stop someone from eating your food is to start a rumor that you have a serious communicable disease.
Unfortunately, that can cause more problems than it solves.

My Boss does that all the time!. If I had leftovers from lunch and left it in the company fridge overnight - they would usually be gone the next day! I started putting my name on the things I really wanted for me and so far he's left them alone.

I'd make some vanilla pudding, put in a DNA-based additive and tape a "THIS IS ONLY FOR BILL -- DO NOT EAT" label on it.

I would:
C) slap them in the face
D) and next time, I would write "Caution! A very angry bee lives inside this container," and tape it closed so they can't get in.

It's OK--just wait until they have something yummy in the fridge or pantry and CHOW DOWN!
