Sure..why not? It all depends on the person and what that girl is looking for in a mate. To me, race is not an issue. However, everyone has a preference for something. I prefer Caucasion men...but that's who I find myself attracted to. It all depends on the girl. Most girls like a guy who has a good personality, self confidence and who is a gentleman (respectful). Other than that I don't see a problem with nationality. Good luck!
