I've had a head cold the last week and noticed that there is a dime-size red rash on my earlobe. What can it be??

could you have gotten it wet and slept on it?
I know that sound weird, but sometimes if you have a cold and have been sleeping with your mouth open, you may have drooled, and slept on it,
it could cause a small rash
If not I'd look into an allergy to something

I wouldn't worry about it. It is most likely a heat rash. I get alot of strange things on my ears and they always amount to nothing. Just be sure to clean your ears of excess wax.

yea my mom has that problem all the time from her earrings do u maybe u cant hav fake earrings try real ones or maybe u used other ppls earrings that can do it

Maybe it could be the early stages of some kind of skin disease
