Go for salads with dressing on the side and minimal fatty add-ons like bacon and cheese.
Avoid creamy, sauced, or fried items.
Go for meat fillets and get vegetables or plain salads as sides.
But you never know when you eat out.

yeah. i ordered the brick grilled chicken.. or something like that. it's a cornish hen grilled in olive oil and fresh spinach leaves on ths side with sautayed (however you spell it) red onions (which were sweet) and had a sweet italian dressing on it. no bread at all. im allergic to wheat flour so I have to eat like I'm on a preservative, wheat, artificial color and artificial flavor free diet. veryy healthy

I haven't been there in a few years, but they used to have a low-fat menu. I loved the veggie quesadilla. Less than 8 grams of fat.

no not really because it is from a restaurant and restaurants always put something not healthy n their ood so then the food tastes really good and yummy so it can melt in your mouth in heaven (so you are in heaven).
