well i am only 13 and my bf wanted me to have sex with him..hes 14. and i said no i'm not ready and i'm too young. and he said its cool, and said that hes not going to make me. but now i feel bad because hes really nice and i feel like i brought him down or something. did i do the right thing? even if i feel bad?

At 13 you have a great head on your shoulders to be able to know your not ready for sex. I agree that you are too young but it is good that you know you are not ready. I commend you for not letting him rush or push you. Do not feel bad; he will wait if he loves you. I really do think that it is great that you are in charge of yourself and your decisions..I have a daughter that is a year older then you are and I prey that she makes the same smart decision when she is faced with it!

yes u did the right thing....don't let a guy rush u into having sex wait until you ready...if can't respect that then move on girl your 2 young

You are only 13 years old. Be thankful you still have your virginity and that your boyfriend was really nice and walked away. I'm not saying this to upset you, but you are still a child. Enjoy it while you can!

no way, you did the right thing. you are too young. you want to hold hands, kiss, cuddle, thats fine. but you are def too young for sex and its good to hear you are smart enough to realize that.
