There is always a look no touch policy she should give him a dose of his own medicine and see how he acts...Then make her desicion from there. If he gets mad dump him if he makes a turn around keep him if he acts like he don't care well then its just his personality and she will have to ask herself what she can accept out of her man in general

If he isnt going steady with her or married to her he can date anyone he wants. Its up to her if she wants an exclusive relationship but he obviously doesnt so she can choose not to date him.
Many people date more than one person at a time. Theres nothing wrong with it as long as you dont tell someone they are the only one.

Guys will always look at other hot girls. Its the law of nature. We have testosterone flowing through our bodies and its impossible not to look at a cute blonde girl with long curly hair, and some tight jeans with no back pockets so you have a clear view. dam.

its not alright. she needs to talk to him about it, and if he doesnt stop she needs to leave him. things like this only get worse. and you can't change a man. you can talk to him and give him a chance, and if he ruins it, its only gonna get worse.
theres a difference between looking and drooling over other girls. i understand that a guy will look at other girls, because i as a girl look at other guys. but i don't cross that line of respect, and when he's with her, he should take effort not to look at other girls.

No! it is definetly not 'alright' for him to check out other girls when hes dating your friend. its either you have to talk to him or your friend has to dump him. hes going to cheat on her.
