Help! I need to lose 20+ pounds in 14 weeks! OR LESS! Can someone please help me with a diet plan, and I will stick to it! Anyone, please! It will be greatly appreciated!

Or maybe if some diet pills work! but I really do not want to have to go theree!

Unfortunately, you have not given enough information about yourself to get a good answer.

Depending on your weight diet alone may not be the answer. You may need diet and exercise to achieve your goal.

Try to eat a balanced diet (food pyramid) with 4 servings of fruit per day and 4 servings of vegetables per day.

Hey, you should try the APPLE PATCH diet. I know some people who swear by it. It's all-natural and not dangerous like some diet pills, and its good if your not trying to loose mega weight. If you wanna just take off between 10-40 lbs and dont want it to take forever, i have heard good things about this system. If you wanna check it out, this is their site:

i lost 7lb in 1 wk mayb u can try and get the yoga booty ballet it work really well...and its fun too...i love the way i look and feel after i've done the videos...i'm still doing the videos and drinking plenty of water and green tea...green tea will help w/ the metabolism
