Where is the best place for sun & scuba and the end of August / Beginning September?

Curacao and Bonaire. They're outside of the hurricane belt. You may find the southern hemisphere is a bit chilly at that time, or I would suggest Mozambique and the South African "sardine run".

Try looking for diving in Tunisia there are a few diving schools and a good bit of info

try egypt, couple of mates who dive reckon it is brilliant,
would like to go & learn to dive out there myself,
any single females fancy a diving holiday ??
