I have thick curly hair... and I have a Vidal Saloon (Or whatever it's called) Straightener and it works fine, but it's starting to come apart. So I started to look online and I found this starightener on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/REVLON-Jade-Ceramic-Straightener-RV-072C/dp/B000LFAPOK/ref=pd_ys_qtk_wl_img/105-6105064-6558009?%5Fencoding=UTF8&coliid=I1D1G5SIJBWM96&colid=282JO648VIJEB) I was wondering if some of you beauty buffs could help me decided whether or not I should get it. Any help is apprecitated!

My friend, Bethany, has hair just like yours. A great place to find nice straighteners at awesome prices is Sears. Look for straighteners that have a bigger, thicker plate and heat setting so you don't break your ends off!
