What set of plans are needed to get a permit to remodel a home?

My mother wants to enlarge her bathrooms which includes demolishing a few walls. Whats needed to get a permit for the work. Or where do i need to go to find out. thanks.

were i like you dont need a permit if you remodel only if you add on. and thats not hard to get. to find out go to your local city hall or court house

I would certainly say a plumbing permit. Probably a full set of the new plans.
