There are leave-in conditioners made to look good in your hair. They are especially good for people with naturally curly hair or permed hair styles.
Some kinds of conditioners are not meant to be left in the hair after their work is done. They will look gooey and feel cruddy to the touch. After the work is done with these kinds of conditioners there is no benefit for your hair to leave them in. A salon can help you find the products that are best for your hair.

Depends what kinda of conditoner. If you blow dry your hair after then nothing will really happen. But if you don't dry it and leave it to dry wet then it will turn hard. Why don't you get a spray conditioner after you take a shower and get ready spary it on and It will conditon your hair.
