The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Psalm 19:9-10
They seem self explanatory. Let me know if you need further explanation.
;-)
EDIT:
Sorry, I misunderstood the verse you were wanting;
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. (Proverbs 16:24)
You've heard the expression sticks and stones may break my bones......but names will never hurt me? Well it's just not true. The Bible tells us that in Proverbs 18:21 that: Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Now consider this verse: Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine:
but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
Hope that helps... ;-)

The Bible stated that kind words and laughter are good for one's health: In recent years, American newspapers have published various reports that laughter releases chemicals within a person's body that can contribute to one's health. And, that depression and stress can weaken the immune system and contribute to various health problems. But, the Bible knew of the health virtues of laughter roughly 3000 years ago when the Bible's book of Proverbs was recorded:
"Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." Proverbs 16:24

Proverbs 16:24. It sounds so clear and true to me that I think any explanation would be wrong somehow.

Any speech delivered with altruistic intent, i.e. for benefit only, is always good stuff... no matter how you want to perceive it. Anything you do with altruistic intent, for the benefit of other sentient beings ultimately benefits the self by default.

To be cheerful is to be ready to greet others with a welcome, a word of encouragement, an enthusiasm for the task at hand, and a positive outlook on the future. Such people are as welcome as pain-relieving medicine.
