For a 5'7" woman with a small frame, the average weight is around 123-136 lbs. Medium frame is 133-147 lbs. Large frame is 143 to 163 lbs. You sound like you're at a great weight or could possibly even add a few pounds. Take care of yourself, and please don't try to become too thin.

No, you are certainly not overweight. You are just about the right weight for your height. You could even gain 5 or 6 lbs and still be in good shape.

NO! Your BMI is 20.2; optimal is 25 to 18.5 depending on other things. That means you are a little less than "normal" weight for a person of your size. The fact that a girl with a normal physique is worried about her weight is a red flag for eating disorders. So, rather than worring about your weight, worry about worring about your weight. If you can't stop worring you should get help. If you think you've got too much flab, you may need to exercize more to get into shape.

Nope, for your age and height you should be in between 107 and 157 lbs. Which means you are just right. If you feel you are overweight, then toning your muscles might be a good idea..

typical rule: 100 lbs. for 5 feet. Every inch after that= + 5lbs.
So 5'1"= 105 lbs. (considered healthy), 5'2"= 110 lbs, etc.
So for a girl who's 5'7", a healthy weight would be around 130-135 lbs.
That means you're a perfectly healthy weight! :)

i weigh the same, but i'm 5'2" !
It might sound like a lot because you're younger, but you're tall, your weight is fine. If you look overweight maybe you need to tone up... Or maybe you are tone and have some muscle weight.

No, I think you are probally just right. Not too skinny, and not even close to being fat. I used to think I was fat when I was younger, but now looking back I realize that I wasn't fat at all. Be happy with your self. Not everybody is lucky enough to be as small as you.
