LETS SEE ! BEACH BODY. WELL I WOULD IMAGINE THAT IF YOU DRINK PLAIN WATER AND WALK SEMI-BRISKLY HOLDING A MEDIUM TO LIGHT WEIGHT IN EACH HAND UP HILLLS AND DOWN HILLS ALL THE WHILE HOLDING YOUR STOMACH IN AND EATING NICE FOOD WITHOUT DESSERTS .. LOW SALT, LOW SUGAR YET MAINTAIN ENERGY. AND DO SIT UPS TO TONE YOUR STOMACH BEFORE WALKING THEN YOU WILL LOOK LIKE AN HOUR-GLASS AND BECOME THE BELLE OF THE BEACH.

Make sure to eat balanced healthy meals daily and eight to ten 8oz glasses of water daily.
Try to walk a least three times a week at least a mile.
Ride bicycle at three to four times a week.

Try to increase fruits and vegetables.
Try to eat more chicken and fish.

i lost 7lb in 1 wk mayb u can try and get the yoga booty ballet it work really well...and its fun too...i love the way i look and feel after i've done the videos...i'm still doing the videos and drinking plenty of water and green tea...green tea will help w/ the metabolism
