Hi, -
Patisson means a "patty pan" form of summer squash; they look sort of like wavy flying saucers in shape. Sunburst is a yellow one with deep green at the blossom scar--very pretty and very tasty. To cook it, I slice off the blossom and stem ends and then just slice the whole squash evenly and saute the slices in olive oil or margarine. Enjoy!
