Shouldn't the same "let he is without sin cast the first stone" rule apply there?

Does baby Jesus want us to love the serial rapists and say "Go, and sin no more"?

Should we write things about the rapist's accusers in the sand like Jesus did?

The story of the forgiven Adulteress was a lesson to readers about the irony of judging others. Not one could cast a stone because not one was without sin. We do not put aduterers to death. As for rapists, rape is not sex between two consenting adults. Rape is the taking of something that doesn't belong to you, against the will of the owner. We punish thieves, we punish rapists. God doesn't say let the rapists go free, God says love the sinner.....hate the sin.

there is a huge difference between consensual adultery and a person being rapped.

Jesus also said: let he that has not sinned cast the first stone. And all the accusers walked away.

Adulterers when caught were stoned to death in bible times.
Jesus in not a baby any more and does not approve of man's immoral conduct.
And what is this about writing Jesus sayings in the sand? The truth of what he said is recorded for us in the bible, not in the sand on some beach.

i'm a Christian, and that i'm no longer denying the Bible. regardless of the undeniable fact that, I do think of which you're misinterpreting it. by this entire passage, from Numbers 5:11 to Numbers 5:31, it does no longer point out aborting (destroying the existence of) a infant that has already been conceived. It does say that an adulterous woman would develop into barren (no longer in a position to conceive babies). in this subculture, many babies have been sturdy. If a women became into barren, it did no longer advise that she could bypass around and dedicate adultery because of the fact she ought to wreck out with it. It meant that she became into in shame. In Luke a million, Elizabeth will become pregnant after a protracted time of praying for a infant. The angel Gabriel introduced to her husband that she would have a infant. Luke a million:24-25 says, "After this his spouse Elizabeth grew to develop into pregnant and for 5 months remained in seclusion. 'The Lord has executed this for me,' she mentioned. 'immediately he has shown his prefer and delivered away my shame between the folk.'" It wasn't an "ok ingredient" to have an abortion. It wasn't the thank you to get out of the accountability of raising babies. Being barren became right into a shame. some human beings in all probability dealt with Elizabeth like she became right into a undesirable individual or there became into some thing incorrect together with her because of the fact she could no longer have babies. (She wasn't-see Luke a million:5-7.) considering the fact that women wanted to have babies, it might have been a poor ingredient to have an abortion.

When Jesus said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone," he knew that this woman had also sinned with the men of the town that wanted to stone her.

The reason Jesus forgave the women in adultery was because it takes two to commit adultery. They only brought one to him. They were trying to get Jesus to pervert justice to have something to accuse him of. I also believe that Jesus was writing the names of those people who had committed adultery with her in the sand including some of her accusers.

1st - the bible does punish adulteresses - read proverbs 6:29

2nd - adultery and rape are two very different things - in adultery you have two consenting parties - both are to blame. In rape only one person is wrong -

I think you need to rethink your mode of thinking on this one, friend

Do you have any idea how full of **** you are? and why do you persist in this ridiculous blasphemy? The adulteress (in that culture) was largely the victim. The rapist is the aggressor. What is the parallel?

I'm not sure what the question is about because aldultery and rape are far apart from each other. The bible shouldn't determine law.
