try lieing on your back and lift your legs bend your knees and bring them in towards your chest . this can help tone your lower abs.also lieing onyour back on the floor put your legs up on a chair and cross them and raise yourself as far as you can towards your knees and repeat.also good for lower abs,

Ab exercises will make your abs bigger and your core stronger, but it will not make your "six pack" pop . To bring out that six pack, you need may need to reduce your body fat. If you have had a "GUT" before, you may have empty fat cells in that area. in which case it will be much harder for you to flaunt your washboard.

sorry to say this but that area is the hardest place to work out i would love to here all the answer that people say because i am trying to make my stomach smaller also
