Isn't the Kelley Blue Book value one of the more generous (higher) estimating systems around?

Yes it is.

A lot of banks I've dealth with deal with the NADA figures. http://www.nada.com

I'm not sure where Kelly gets those estimates but I agree they are generous indeed!

yes it is, and if you take your car to the dealer and try to trade it in and go by Kelley blue book on your price they will tell you that you are crazy, they use N.A.D.A.
