15grams = 5 grams per tsp and 3 tsp per tbsp or just use a scale

Science Teacher has it right...gram is mass or weight. So a tablespoon of lead is heavier than a tablespoon of sugar. It all depends on what is in the tablespoon.

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon = 1/2 ounce = 14.3 grams

grams is a mass measurement. It would depend on what you were measuring.

With flour, it is about 7grams
with sugar it would be about 14 grams
with water it wold be about 15
