Sure it's easy ,just wash them, then drop them in boiling water for one minute to blanch ,cool quickly in cold water so they don't overcook.I then put them on a cookie sheet and freeze over night. The next day i put them in a freezer bag.

Absolutely! Get a big pot of boiling water going. Drop handfulls of washed peas in boiling water and blanch for about 1 minute. Remove peas from water and plunge into ice water. When peas are thoroughly cooled, drain and put into freezer bags, squeeze out as much air as possible, and seal. Should keep for bout 1 year.

How do I freeze snow peas?

Snow peas, also called sugar peas, edible-podded peas, or Chinese pea pods, should be harvested when the peas are just barely visible in the pods. To freeze, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Cool promptly in cold water and drain. Pack in moisture- vapor-proof containers, label, and freeze.

Yes, that's why they are called snow peas... just kiddin. You need to blanch them, drain dry and put them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then freeze them in a sealed bag, try to remove the air, so its an air tight seal.

Well, you could--but you really want to quickly blanch or scald them first to stop the growth of enzymes. You don't need to cook them thoroughly. Just time how long you blanch them for, and then shock them in ice cold water immediately following for the same amount of time--then you can pop them in the freezer.
