theres this guy i've never talked to but he always flirts with me from across the room, how do i flirt back with out going compleatly over board? i need help!!!

You may wish to try talking to him while smiling and standing just closer to him then would be appropriate during conventional conversation.
This should send him a clear message while not being too "over the top".

I don't care about the 10 pts, but if he's flirting from across the room, and you're sure of it. Go over, and start talking to him. You are NEVER going to get anywhere in life if you don't make a move. Trust me. Just go up to him, and start small talk, and see where it goes. Good luck ~~~~

My favorite is to keep catching his eye and a quick smile, but don't stare. Then accidentally run into him when you leave the room so you an touch him and apologize (gives you a chance to check out his arms an get a little closer look at the eyes.) Oh I could go on...good luck!

ok well like a person above me said watching mean girls helps... i mean just dont go all over the top like she does, find a common ground. try to make conversation easy and talk about stuff he is interested in. u can always smile or wink too.
ps. dont wait 2 long after he has flirted, or he will lose interest. practice what u r gonna say to him and just kinda make it natural.

Well when you make eye contact.. wink at him! If he is that interested then make a head motion for him to come over.. if he does then you got it in the bag! If he dont then give it another day and see if he does it again... This time you make the move.. Strike a convo see whats his plans for the weekend and do something..

wooohhh you go girl! personally i would leap out of my chair and snog his face off but lets not go there. you wanna flutter you eyes a bit, give him that cheeky smile, but at the same time be just that tiny bit withdrawn, that'll have him wanting more. when i flirt i tend to play with my hair alot and when ive got my legs crossed i keep switching them.
