Feed your spirit more than your flesh so it can overcome the other. Replace those things that cause you to obsess with godly things and conversations. Don't put yourself in situations that will tempt you. Pray more, read the scripture more, eventually what you put in the most will always come out later.

You will never end your struggle with it. The flesh will always be at war with the spirit. Overcoming the flesh is what we must do in order to be with God. Read the book of Romans. Paul tells us what we need to know about this problem. He tells us about the war between the spirit and the flesh, and how we end up doing that which we hate. But there is hope. It starts when you feel conviction about this problem, and begin to not let your spirit, or inner being go along with the wants or lusts of the flesh, or your mind.
I am still going through the same thing. It is getting better as time goes on. It is when you do not feel bad about this that you are in trouble. You must realize that you were the man that you used to be longer than the man that you are trying to become through Jesus.
Fasting is a hard, but effective way of overcoming the flesh, which is what we must do to have the filling of the Holy Ghost in us, which is what gives us power to fight Satan.

Meditate on the impermanence of the human condition. Is that person inherently beautiful? Also it might be helpful to get a realistic perspective on your sexuality. You're male, it's natural for the human male to have a huge sex drive, add to that a little focus on the fact that often that naked female body you think you're obsessed with might just not be "all that". It takes the fouf and mystery out of it...

dont stop praying, ask God to help u to stop this ,read the bibble more and more because u need to feed your soul 2,try to respect the woman body ,and dont give your self the excuse ,that those females like this , be sure that this keeps u away from many great things u can do ,like sports ,reading ,spending time with your family ,friends .
and dont forget that u make God sad ,because he loves u and dont want u to be a sinner not in this sin only but in all sins

Find a friend who wont let you look, if you look at porn get the sites blocked, if that doesnt work get rid of the internet, it depends on how bad you want to change and how far you are willing to go, get someone to help you with it we cant always do things by ourselves

just know urself that Jesus never had a wife or anything like that. he was not interested because he went with his beliefs of god.
