I get EVERYTHING out of the Mass. Jesus the Lord is present in the Holy Eucharist.

The entire world gets a lot out of the Mass, whether they know it or not.

The Mass is the spiritual equivalent of the Last Supper, and Jesus' one time, once for all sacrifice for sin, on the cross at Calvary. It's also the eternal fulfillment of the Jewish Passover, in Christ.

When we celebrate the Mass, we remember Jesus, just as he commanded, we offer him in perfect sacrifice to his Father, and we receive infinite blessings in his name, for our good, for the good of the church, and for the good of the whole world.

The Mass empowers us to offer God perfect and acceptable sacrifice, while accomplishing truly practical and effective worship.

Can't beat that!

I never got anything out of mass ... just ritual which is not the same as true worshipping in the Spirit... I chose to leave that sect and find true worship, not out of 'duty' but out of true enjoyment of worshipping God freely and without constraints of tired religion

A spiritual uplifting. The happiness of knowing all the other congregation is there for the same reason. Jesus said: If two or more of you get together in my name, my spirit is there also.

Yes. I hear the Word of God from the Old and New Testaments as well as Psalms.

I also experience and re-live the last supper and Jesus' sacrifice for me.

It is blasphemy! Creating the Creator indeed! I would be afraid to go. I'm sure I do things that disappoint my Savior YAHOSHUA, but I try to avail myself of His power to obey!
