is it just my family or is it everyones because my brother is 20 and my grandma wants to take him to someone elses wedding so he can find a wife. does ur family do that 2

I'm not Muslim, but I do know there are many cultures that do that to their sons and daughters to find them a mate when they think the adult child is not moving on in a family way, the way they think they should. It's a cultural thing... you're not alone friend.

Not all people do that!
But there are some people(like your family)who doesent like there sons or daughters to marry out of the family.

its more lyk a culture thingy. wen a guy/girl is young its better if u get them married off to all the good and available singles that are also being dragged by their parents/grandparents to weddings.

u see a lot of desi (indian/paki) parents do that.
