How do i upload my pictures from my camera to my computer?

before when i connected my camera to my computer a pop up would come asking if i wanted to upload my pictures now it not doing that any more

mine also stopped
go to my computer
click on f drive or it might say digital camera
highlight pictures
right click
send to
probably my pictures or my documents

Connect the camera and turn it on. Go to My Computer. Right-click the camera and select Properties. Click the AutoPlay tab. Check the "Prompt me each time to choose an action" option then click OK.
