Don't be silly, it is common knowledge, that the state will pay to surgically separate the twins, rehabilitate them, and then execute the offending twin. Happens all the time.

Damn yes . . . unless the law tells you, that you are sharing one brain. Any other organ, I'd say, if shared, would not make you guilty of a crime, just because you were born attached physically to another. Wouldn't you think?
