You know what's kind of ironic? That the people who have naturally brown hair want to dye it bleach blonde, and then the ones with the blonde hair want to change theirs to a different color. Hmm...
I don't think you should go too drastic if you dye it. Try a color that's a few shades lighter or darker (whichever way you want to go) than your natural color. Actually, I'd recommend highlights/lowlights rather than all over color because then you don't have to worry as much about roots. If you do dye it all over, then use a demi-permanent color because it will slowly fade over the course of a few months and when your hair grows out, you won't have to worry bout roots. =)

I would keep it blonde [but maybe that's because I myself wish I had blonde hair], but if you want to dye it I would say a more dirty blonde color.

depends on your skin color and eyes. usually blond people are pale, so i wouldn't go dark. maybe a light brown with some reddish highlights would be nice. or you could always get a lighter blonde.
