Adults can use complan etc, but these products seem to contain iron and that's the difficulty with a child's diet. Any ideas?

I would suggest Flintstones vitamins. They are recommended by physicians. Just read the labels on the bottle first. Also, my son needed extra iron, but it just depends on your child's needs.

I must tell you because I am 16. Just as you are I plan on making my child extremely strong when I become a adult. Since it is in your genetics then you must know some of it will go to your child. However you should not make your child do a supplement diet ever. I recommend to you that you, since you are like a mentor relationship with your child, I recommend that you don't endanger this. However you can help your child physically , but don't make him lift weights until he is 14. Right now you should make him do body resistance workouts like pushups and situps and pullups. You need to do this right and at his own pace, remember he is 6. Also I recommend putting him in a sport too, so you should recommend this to him. Remember he is 6. He needs to be work on body resistance and he needs to start like a 6 year old. By the time he is 18 he will be in delta if done right. Good luck and God bless and let truth come forth.

A 6 year old?!?!?!?

Food and exercise. A healthy lifestyle without external chemicals that will affect how this person physically becomes an adult.

In my opinion, even asking makes you an unfit parent. I think if you actually took that road, you should be charged and convicted of endangerment of a minor.

Children that bulk up and put on muscle mass usually have their growth stunted. I don't recommend it.
