I have worked in restaurants for quite sometime. If you went to a restaurant when they were not busy and asked the manager they might be able to sell you by the case. Most restaurants have some sort of paid in system to be able to handle that.
Also you might want to check out local restaurant and party supplies. I know in Nashville, Tn they have one of these that carries many different restaurnt supplies for smaller restaurants, but also for larger ones when they run short.

Yes. You can buy them in Supermarkets. I know that Safeway used to sell them, before they became Morrisons, but have not relly looked recently. They may still do them.

yes you can get them in the wholesalers but you have to be registered but if you know any shop owner ask him if he'll buy you a packet or two
