The Debt i have happended in the united kingdom and i want to move to spain to try and escape it

Just pay your bills so that others dont have to in the form of higher interest rates.

If they haven't cancel your card, use it to pay for the trip,once you get to Spain apply for a card with a different name, may be some Spanish name. Once you are over the limit, move to Germany and just keep doing this for the rest of your life. The world is very big and American Express is all over.

In other words you are wondering if you can move out of the country to avoid a debt you legally owe for goods and services? Yes you can move, and yes they can find you. Beyond that, do you really want to avoid the us of a just for a debt?
Grow up, tell them when you get it they will get it. Move on from there.
