I was recently told about a shop in Brooklyn, USA where you can buy shea butter really cheap - I think it was called something like Nadina or Medina? Does anyone know it please? Thanks

shea butter. hmm. i've never heard of Nadina or Medina but Bath and Body Works has tons of different brands of shea butter that range from different prices. they are always having sales and stuff like that. it's pretty great... hopefully this advice works for you and you find some shea butter!

There are quite a few African stores in the Fort Green section of Brooklyn.
I have seen shea butter, both for cooking and cosmetic use at the West African grocery on the west side of Ninth Avenue between 39th and 40th Street (across the street from the Port Authority Terminal). I didn't pay any attention to the price, but shea butter isn't that expensive. I've also seen shea butter, cosmetic use, in an African store near Union Square Park - on the east side of Park near 18th Street.
