why yes you can! But you'll throw it right back up. You NEED to eat though so just stomach it. You probably won't want to eat but seriously force yourself to no matter what. Try healthy food to so you'll get better faster!

Saltine crackers and flat 7up or sprite, Because reg 7up with bubbles makes you vomit through the nose.
