well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and looks away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? she also trys to get my attention alot. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. does she like me? what should i do?

I think she is in two minds now, she probably regrets saying no but still a little afraid to approach you. I would buy her a card and maybe a small box of chocolate and ask her again, privately.

I think she might be having second thoughts about saying no, or maybe she didn't really know you before so now she's noticing you more to see what you're like. Give her some time; let her figure stuff out. It could be that she thinks she might like you but isn't sure yet or doesn't want to share that she is. Or she didn't like you before but now she's seeing you in a new light. Just don't start ignoring her. Talk to her still, and ask her casually if she wants to hang out sometime (ask her when her friends aren't there so she can't hide behind them). If she says yes (I think she will), she likes you and you can ask her out again after. If she says no, well.. sorry :(. If she says she'll think about it again, ask her if she actually likes you. It shouldn't be a hard question to answer. Then if her stupid friends answer for her again, tell them you want to talk to her.

I do the same thing to guys....especially when I like them....I think she may like you but her friends might not...They may have pressured her with stuff about you like maybe they think you not cute or your ears are to big...I say wait a week and go up to her and just talk to her as a friend... it could lead to more! *wink*

When you find out someone likes you whether you like them or not you start to wonder if there is something there. She is just going through that stage and starting to consider things she may have missed in the process of her decision. Play it cool and let her come to you. Good luck.

She probobly didn't like you at the time but then she started noticing you more just because you asked her out. Either that or she has never had someone asked her out so she gets shy and said no out of desperation or she doesnt like you and thinks your weird :)

She likes you, but go easy! Start off by being a friend and see where that takes you! Good luck

Sounds to me like she is worried what her friends will think. See if you can get her alone & talk to her about how you feel & ask her how she feels. Tell her that you are getting mixed singnals & you want to know what's going on.

She might like to flirt with you and she probably likes you, but she isn't ready to date. She may not be allowed to even the she wants to. I've been in that situation.

i don't know - unfortunately when a girl says "i'll think about it" it's usually a "no". especially just to "going out". ignore her and she'll be drooling over you- that's how we are sometimes unfortunately. . . good luck,
Lis
