A limited amount of motion is allowed. In honor of the Savior you should try hard to minimize it.

It depends. To clean means to use a rag/sponge, etc. You are not to wring water out of a cloth on Shabbat. Cleaning also constitutes working, so you really shouldn't unless a messy kitchen would cause you discomfort.

Shabbat is from 18 minutes before sunset Friday and until 3 stars appear in the sky (about an hour after sunset) Saturday night

Could that have been done on another day, e.g. Friday (before sunset) or Saturday night? If your answer is "Yes", then my answer is "No".
Keep in mind that Shabbat is form sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.

The best answer to any question like this is to say "ask your local orthodox rabbi" but if you want a short answer online, it's "depends"..

Yes, you can clean the kitchen on "Shabbat" as long as you don't do it on the SABBATH DAY.

In fact, you can clean you kitchen anytime, as long as you gonna go to church on Sunday!!
