you can fry, it grill it or put it the oven, the best way is to grill it with some tomatoes & mushrooms, if you are going to use the oven, put the bacon, tomatoes, & mushrooms on a baking tray, cook on gas mark 5 in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.ENJOY

You can grill it, fry it or put it in the oven. Grilling is much healthier than frying. I put mine in the oven on about gas mark 5. Takes a bit longer than grilling but its lovely!

There's only one way, fry it in goose fat, Hmmmm. Drop it on a paper towel to remove the fat, but not too much, that's the best.
Serve on thickly sliced white bread with lashings of butter on.
Yes I know, fattening, unhealthy, but it's so good.
