I don't know what your doing , but i had the same problem. First make sure your eating inbetween 1200- 1500 healthy calories a day. Do some cardio exercises, like biking, treadmill, jogging, walking, workout DVD's do this one day for 30 mins then the next do some strength training for 30 mins, then back to cardio the next day and so on. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. this should help Good luck

Most people buy into what we think is a "good" diet plan, rather than to see the situation for what it really is. Diets come and go, but a lifestyle change is what is most effective in the long-term.

I believe that people get caught in a trap when they buy the "diet" foods at the grocery store. These foods are typically altered chemically, and break down in our bodies in an ustable way. They can cause serious problems later on. I stay all natural, as much as I can. I use olive oil or peanut oil, if I must use something to cook in. I also use small amounts of real butter as opposed to the imitation stuff which is far more chemically unstable.

Instead of going for processed, premade foods, go for the things that take a bit of time to prepare, but are better for you. Not only do you KNOW what is in the food you are going to eat, but you can make healthy choices and substitutions. Use multigrain or whole grain products as much as possible. These take longer to break down in your system, helping you to avoiding the peaks and valleys of sugar in your bloodstream. By the way, everything breaks down into sugar in your system, regardless of what it is when it goes in your mouth. The only exception to that is protein, which breaks down differently, and has to be filtered from your bloodstream by the kidneys.

Try to get a balance in your diet, where most of your energy food comes from complex carbohydrates, balanced with fresh fruits and veggies as much as possible. Also keep in mind that we tend to eat way too much protein. Most people eat a 10 oz steak and think that is a portion size. In reality, three oz is about all you should eat at one sitting. Try to have three small meals, and three healthy snacks per day. This will keep your blood sugar more level, increase your energy, and decrease your desire for quick, usually fat or sugar-filled snacks. Planning and taking extra time with what you are deciding to put in your mouth on a daily basis is the best key to get in control of your health and ultimately your wieght. Good luck!

ok. exercise a lot more. eat healthier and less. figure out why you are eating. is it emotional? eg as a reward or if you are upset? think of new things to do instead. read lots and analyse yourself..hire a treadmill or exercise machine so you can do it at home when its convenient. been there sister.

Work out regularly. also dont skip calories, just dont eat empty calories. you are supposed to have 1500-2000 calories a day. but eating a donut is empty calories. meat might have just as much calories but they help your body. also manage you portions. good luck :]
