I have been billed from yahoo I have ordered nothing and aaurtharized nothing. these charges I will despute when they com in. are there a phone number I can call.

There should be a phone number on your bill that you can call. The other answerer just gave you the number for Yahoo as a whole's corporate headquarters. Yahoo is a huge company and you could have been billed from one of many of their varied departments, anything from a web auction to a .com domain name purchase. Your credit card company is usually helpful in disputing charges. You should contact them as well.
