Such as people with extreme mental disabilities(such as autism, downs syndrome etc) and how about animals, kids in undeveloped countries with poverty that have never heard about God or babies?

No, because heaven is a myth.....people can't accept the fact then when your are dead you are dead so they create these stories to pretend that they are going to live forever

Mentally disabled people are not capatple of making a decision, so they would fall into the same category as children.
I believe it is the uniform testimony of Scripture that those who are not capable of making a decision to receive Jesus Christ, and who have died, are now with Christ in heaven, resting in His tender arms, enjoying the sweetness of His love. There are numerous factors supporting this viewpoint.
It is highly revealing that in all the descriptions of Hell in the Bible, we NEVER read of infants or little children there. Only adults capable of making decisions are seen there. Nor do we read of infants and little children standing before the Great White Throne judgement, which is the judgement of the wicked dead and the precursor to the lake of fire (Rev 20:11-15). The complete silence of Scripture regarding the presence of infants in eternal torment militates against their being there.
Jesus and the children. As we examine instances in which Christ encountered children during His earthly ministry, it would seem that children have a special place in His kingdom. Jesus even said, "Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" (Mat 18:3) He also said, "Whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me (verse 5). I don't think there is any way someone could read through Matthew 18 and conclude that it is within the realm of possibility that Jesus could damn such little ones to hell!

The one passage that seems to identify with this topic more than any other is 2 Samuel 12:21-23. The context of these verses is that King David committed adultery with Bathsheba, with a resulting pregnancy. The prophet Nathan was sent by the Lord to inform David that because of his sin, the Lord would take the child in death. David responded to this by grieving, mourning, and praying for the child. But, once the child was taken, David's mourning ended. David's servants were surprised to hear this. They said to King David, "What is this thing that you have done? While the child was alive, you fasted and wept; but when the child died, you arose and ate food." David's response was, "While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, ‘Who knows, the LORD may be gracious to me, that the child may live.’ But now he has died; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he will not return to me." David's response can be seen as an argument that those who cannot believe are safe in the Lord. David said that he could go to the child, but that he could not bring the child back to him. Also, and just as important, David seemed to be comforted over this. In other words, David seemed to be saying that he would once again see the child (in heaven), though he could not bring him back.

Nowhere does Scripture explicitly state that animals do not have souls...There is nothing in Scripture I know of that would preclude the possibility of animals' continued existence...The Bible does give us some reason to hope that departed animals will be restored. We read in the Bible that redemption is a cosmic matter. The whole creation is destined to be redeemed through the work of Christ (Romans 8:21), and we see the images of what heaven will be like; beautiful passages of Scripture tell us about the lion and lamb and other animals being at peace with one another.(Isaiah 11:6-8). Whenever heaven is described, though it may be in highly imaginative language, it is a place where animals seem to be present. Whether these are animals newly created for the new heavens and the new earth, or they are the redeemed souls of our pets that have perished, we can't know for sure.

Yes,
If children have not reached the age of accountability (distinguishing the difference between good and evil-NOT right from wrong) they are under the grace of God and will go to heaven. Many who suffer from mental disabilities never understand the difference between good and evil- but may however understand right from wrong) They are exempt. Animals have no souls, but Spirits and they return to the ground from which they came from the bible says.

People who die before the age of accountability do go to Heaven. Babies, retarded, or those who have no knowledge of what they are doing and it's consequences. It's those of us who have full knowledge of what we are doing and choose to sin anyway who are accountable for our actions. Once day we will all meet the Great and Final Judge. In the end, we'll all know what we've done.
Animals will dwell in eternal felicity. To me,
the Kingdom of Heaven will be no Heaven without the animal kingdom.

I agree with Miss Momma, and if you were a mayrt (if you died for your beliefs in Christianity) or a saint you get a free pass to heaven. But if you think about it, a large percentage of these people were living a life in Christ so they would have gone to heaven anyway.

I have autism and I'm sure not getting any free paths in this life.

In fact, I don't think that any of the pariahs have a god. They're on their own in life. Stay hidden or be killed.

Based on I.Q. tests given to members of different professions, pastors and mullas scored the lowest. The intelligence of some pastors is equivalent to that of an adult monkey, or a 3 year old child. Some border on retardation.

No there is no free pass. One can receive eternal life only as a gift from YHVH and can receive it only in exchange for their sins. If you aren't willing to give up your sins, you can't receive the gift. in the end all will agree that YHVH was as generous as He could be. If you don't give up your sins you will end up where they do, in the lake of fire which cleanses the world.
