We can usually agree on many things at a one-on-one level, but collectively we are very different.
I speak with Christians regarding death, honesty and morality, and we can usually agree. It is when I tell them I do not believe in God that the disagreemnet starts. They cannot fathom how I can still believe that lying and killing are wrong if God didn't tell me!
Funny that.

They both believe that all religions besides Christianity and Judaism are false.
The atheists also believe that Christianity and Judaism are false, but the Christians do not share this belief.

We've all fallen short of God's perfection and glory. And if it were not for Christs death we'd all be hopeless wretches bound for eternal separation from our Creator.
