As an Orthodox Jew none of the above. All are pour definitions of God. God is beyond human understanding. If we can understand God, then religion becomes just a work of fiction. There would be no mysteries, no morale, and technically no point to follow.
For example you understand the mathematical equation of 5*5=25. Would you just sit and study this for days. No, once you understand the simplicity of adding 5+5+5+5+5=25. Then, you logged into your brain and don't look at it again. The same thing is defining God. Once you begin to understand how God thinks and what kind of God He is then to continue studying His work would be pointless. Since, every time you study you know what God wants and you do not allow yourself the chance of testing and retesting theories of the previous Torah scholars. Then you lose the focus and ultimately the faith.

If You Want Me To Choose From The List Above Only, Then I Would Say "God Is The Pattern Of Nature."

Actually, none of those options are even remotely adequate in explaining the Jewish view of G-d.
I can tell you what He isn't:
G-d is not and pattern of nature and He definitely interferes (called Divine Providence) with the world.
I'm not 100% sure what "impersonal force" actually means though "force" is the wrong word to describe Him.
G-d, of course, makes moral demands of people but even that inadequately describes His expectations.
I suggest doing more research.

I would think the first one...but that's only a small part of it.
G-d doesn't EXACTLY make moral demands, but something like it-not really though.
G-d isn't really the pattern of nature-he pretty much just runs it.
G-d created the world, but he DOES interfere in it-every single millisecond, he runs it, doing things we can't even imagine.
Yea, so that's kinda pretty much it.

The Bible is the suitable and infallible observe of God. His instructions to us, his advent. that's the only credible source of assistance which could answer existence's maximum obligatory questions. Why will we enhance old and die? Is there existence after loss of life? What variety? what's the purpose of existence? What does the destiny carry? you're able to make a learn of it.

Not any one of these..
Judaism has several different viewpoints, and none of them are the ones here... and none will fit into some cutesy little snippet.
