I have a scoop for protein that is 70cc. How much does that equate to in cups., i.e. 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup

I work in a laboratory where I commonly measure things using milliliters. Milliliters and CC's are practically interchangeable. One CC is equal to one ml. The is no exact conversion since ml's are metric and cups are a standard unit of measuring. But to answer your question one cc is equal to 0.004226753 cups. So (70x0.004226753)=.29587271. That's about 1/3 cup. Hope this helps.

cc is equivalent to ml 1cc is 1ml so 70cc is 70ml

Hearkat is wrong because cc is the measure the docters use for shots it is not cubic centimeters becuse that would be 70cm2
